Dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with expertise in healthcare, international trade, and business development. As a “Company Director” and an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse at Maverick Care Collective (Queensland, Australia), I drive operational excellence and compliance in the medical care sector. Recently appointed as Trade Commissioner for Vanuatu, I focus on enhancing trade relations between Vanuatu, Australia, and Tasmania, leveraging my strategic vision and cross-cultural communication skills.

A proven entrepreneur, I founded and managed a successful tattoo company until its closure in 2020 due to COVID-19. Building on this experience, I established a Vanuatu-based company “The Kava Queens” specialising in the export of Kava to Australia showcasing my ability to identify emerging markets and navigate global trade regulations.

Meet Daniel

Daniel Michel Maurice Faivre is a seasoned Ni-Vanuatu leader with over 25 years of global experience in hospitality, government advisory, and international trade. Born in Port Vila, he has led multi-million-dollar projects, luxury resorts, and high-level diplomatic initiatives across the Pacific, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

As Director of Projects at Cosmo Consultants, he advises on national policy, tourism, and investment strategy, having previously led Vanuatu’s delegation at Expo 2020 Dubai and overseen the relaunch of Iririki Island Resort. Fluent in English, Bislama, and French, Daniel is also a passionate advocate for sustainable tourism, youth empowerment, and cultural preservation.
